The list of B2 Grammar structures you need before signing up for the C1 exam prep course:
Fluency in speaking does not necessarily indicate even an intermediate (B2) level of language knowledge!
Applicants must know and confidently use B2-level grammar structures in order to take part in the C1 preparation course.
If you have issues with basic B1-B2 grammar, please complete my GRAMMAR REHAB Hybrid Course before enrolling on the C1 exam prep course.
If you have issues with fluency, please join my VOCAB BOOSTER Speaking Circle first before enrolling on the C1 exam prep course.
You must be confident when (mostly) correctly using:
Verb Tenses (all)
Modal auxiliaries (all) /negation / their past tense(s) + past negation
Conditionals (first, second, third / mixed conditionals / zero conditional
Other conditional structures (I wish / would rather / had better / unless / providing etc.)
Gerund vs. Infinitive
Passive Voice (all tenses)
Reported speech
Articles / Quantifiers
Reduced clauses
Conjunctions/ Linking words / Linking devices (contrast/reason/goal etc.)
Yes, you even have to know these names / expressions... :-)
